1. Requirements for Return
You may return items within 30 days after receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and shows no signs of wear or damage. The original packaging along with all labels must remain undamaged, and a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for completing the return process.
2. Products Not Available for Return
Some items cannot be returned, including digital products or software after the license has been activated. Opened antivirus software or any registered software is non-returnable, along with gift cards, promotional items, and clearance merchandise.
3. How to Start a Return

After your return request is accepted, we will issue a return authorization along with instructions. The item needs to be properly packaged and sent to the address specified in the authorization.
4. Processing Refunds
Once we get the returned item and verify it satisfies the return criteria, we will inform you about the acceptance or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be handled within 7-10 business days and applied to your original payment method. Processing times can differ depending on your bank or payment service.
5. Shipping Expenses
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective when it arrived. Initial shipping charges are not refundable, and if applicable, the return shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.

7. Defective or Wrong Products
